My own personal review of some of the schools I have been part of, whether in teaching or in learning.

I have ranked these from Highest to Lowest - For the Quality of Learning Provided

A smaller college located along the Wasatch Front, Eagle Gate College offers courses at their Salt Lake City, Layton, and Murray, Utah campuses, as well as online. With a mission to help learners attain rewarding careers through student-centered training and education of the highest quality, they seem to try to do this in an ad hoc manner. Classrooms feel like make-shift or temporary space as they are still experiencing new growth. They also seem to only offer courses when there is enough demand, often without a catalog or suggested schedule of when a class may be offered, making it hard for part time students to develop any kind of academic learning plan. They do attempt to seek out qualified instructors with proper credentials and some of which do have considerable experience in the workforce, however many of them do not stay with the program for very long. Note: they do offer Accredited degree programs.
